Meat lovers can rejoice over a new Brazilian steakhouse in Rancho Cucamonga.

Texas de Brazil is opening Friday at a site near Victoria Gardens that used to be an El Torito restaurant, columnist John Plessel reports.

And that’s not all. Griddle Mongolian Grill has opened in Rialto, and Crumbl Cookies has opened in Redlands.

In Riverside, Krispy Street is serving chicken sandwiches and fries drizzled with wasabi sauce. And in Temecula, Trattoria Toscana has completed its move to a larger space and has added pizza to its menu.
